Cowboys’ Elliott declines to speak about domestic violence allegations

Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott declined to discuss the domestic violence allegations he faces following Sunday's practice.

Elliott was accused of domestic abuse by his ex-girlfriend in Columbus, Ohio on July 22. The running back wasn't charged or arrested, and the police report can be read here.

"I'm not going to comment on anything regarding any legal matters right now, but I'm glad to be here to talk about football," Elliott told reporters Sunday.

Elliott was selected fourth overall by the Cowboys in the 2016 NFL Draft.

The NFL is conducting an ongoing investigation into the allegations.
